I spearheaded the creation of Gainsight's first design system, addressing inconsistencies and working closely with executives, customer success professionals, and technical architects to deliver a scalable and cohesive solution that elevated usability across the product.

Team Leadership & Growth

I built and scaled a 15-member design team across Hyderabad and Bangalore, guiding them through regular 1:1s, mentorship, and measurable success tracking. By encouraging adoption of new tools and practices, I fostered a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Global Expansion & Accessibility

I led internationalization efforts to adapt the product for global markets and championed accessibility by managing vendor partnerships, producing key assets, and ensuring inclusive design standards across projects.

Innovation & Process

I introduced usability testing with third-party firms, facilitated customer A/B testing sessions, and leveraged AI tools and Figma plugins to validate designs and address customer pain points. I also established structured documentation practices, ensuring clarity, ownership, and consistency in design content.
