I'm Siva Kiran, a Principal Product Designer with 15+ years designing enterprise SaaS products.
I help organizations untangle complex products by transforming fragmented workflows, aligning teams around product strategy, and building systems that are easier to use, easier to maintain, and built to scale.
15+ years in product design · 9+ at Gainsight · led teams of 15 designers · built Gainsight's first design system · led its company-wide WCAG accessibility program
I lead across AI-native product development, design systems and standards, and UX strategy grounded in mixed-method research, finding where AI removes real friction and building it into the flow rather than bolting it on. I treat accessibility as a baseline of product quality, built into the design system and its governance.
And I lead cross-functionally, aligning product, engineering and comms leaders on one problem and one roadmap, while building and mentoring the UX teams that carry the work.
Starting with where the complexity comes from
I look at product problems beyond the immediate screen, starting with why the problem exists, who is affected, and what constraints the team faces. Often the issue isn't the interface, it's people working around limitations in the product. I bring the recurring issues together, align product and engineering on a practical direction, and stage the work so it ships in phases.
Two initiatives I led end to end.
A ground-up SaaS platform rebuild and a company-wide accessibility transformation, spanning product strategy, design systems, and organizational change.
Journey Orchestrator
A ground-up rebuild of a brittle internal Program Builder into an extensible, AI-native platform: drag-and-drop authoring, inline AI source generation, safe versioning and dry-run testing. I led research, stakeholder alignment, systems architecture and the end-to-end design.

I initiated and led a company-wide accessibility transformation: setting strategy, managing vendors, establishing design-system governance and aligning engineering, all the way through to formal VPAT certification.
